This year’s Meet the Teacher Learning Conferences will take place on Wednesday, March 5 (2.00-8pm) and Thursday, March 6 (3.30-6.00 pm).

The purpose of the conferences is for T Group teachers, parents and children to meet to discuss strengths and areas for improvement and set goals for the upcoming year. A pre-conference form has been sent home this week for families to complete to help guide the discussion.

We will be using Hero to book conferences. Instructions on how to book a conference were sent out in a Hero notification on 12 February.

We encourage all children to attend the conferences, but if you would like to discuss anything without your child present, please let the T group teacher know at the beginning of the conference, and the last 5 minutes will be reserved for this.

Please note that classes will cease at 1.30 pm on Wednesday. We would appreciate your child being collected from school at that time. If this is inconvenient, supervision will be provided in the Learning Centre blue rooms until 3.00 pm on Wednesday. Please complete this brief registration form if you would like your child to be supervised.
