This year’s Meet the Teacher Learning Conferences will take place on Wednesday, February 21 (2.00-6.30 pm) and Thursday, February 22 (3.30-8.00 pm).

The purpose of the conferences is for T Group teachers, parents and children to meet to discuss strengths and areas for improvement and set goals for the upcoming year. A pre-conference form will be sent home next week for families to complete to help guide the discussion.

We will be using Hero to book conferences. Before the end of this week, you will receive a separate Hero notification with instructions about to book a conference. Please keep an eye out for this.

We encourage all children to attend the conferences, but if you would like to discuss anything without your child present, please let the T group teacher know at the beginning of the conference, and the last 5 minutes will be reserved for this.

Please note that classes will cease at 1.30 pm on Wednesday. We would appreciate your child being collected from school at that time. If this is inconvenient, supervision will be provided in the Learning Centre blue rooms until 3.00 pm on Wednesday. Please complete this brief registration form if you would like your child to be supervised.
