Distance Learning Programme

Stuart Cameron —

With the school reopening for all children on Monday, our Distance Learning Programme will formally conclude on Friday 15 May. This has been a huge undertaking for all involved. The key to the success of any learning environment is the partnership that exists between home and school. I can’t recall any other time in recent history that this partnership has been more important. Over the past few weeks, our parents have played a vital role in supporting learning from home. Thank you for your patience, understanding and ongoing support during this time.

Given the significance of what we have been through, we would like to capture some formal feedback on the Distance Learning Programme. This will give us the opportunity to refine the programme if there is a need to reintroduce distance learning at any point in the future.

This is purely optional but if you would like to provide some specific feedback about the Distance Learning Programme please click here to complete a brief survey. Please note that the survey will close at 3pm on Friday 22 May.

The teachers will also be working with the students next week to gather their perspectives on the programme. This will help us identify aspects of the Distance Learning Programme that may be continued as part of the normal on-site programme going forward.

Many thanks

Stuart Cameron
