EduSing - Small group singing lessons

Rob Naysmith —

High quality, affordable, group singing lessons now available for children in Years 3-8.

Dear Parents,

Thank you for your interest in our EduSing singing programmes. We are keenly aware of the many benefits that can be gained through music education, especially singing, and have tailored our classes and instruction to take advantage of what we know and to bring the lessons learned from our many years as professional performers to our students.

Wherever possible we organise our tuition groups into similar year levels, EduSing Junior separate groups for Yr 3/4 and Yr 5/6 and EduSing Yr7/8

We offer three levels of instruction:

1) EduSing Junior

This is a basic singing class for groups of up to 15. We learn songs using guide vocal backing tracks, printed sheet music (lead sheets), and our specially training EduSing song leaders. In addition to learning the songs we talk about posture, breathing, tone production, relaxation, and song meaning. We’ll also start to introduce music terminology like note names, rhythms, and basic elements of notation. Our songs are chosen specifically for this age group in terms of content, range, and difficulty.

Recommended age groups: Years 3-6

2) EduSing
This is our flagship small group music education programme (maximum 12). We teach our curriculum through singing but put an emphasis on learning the musical skills and knowledge that will ensure our student’s success in the future. Notational reading, singing intervals, and harmonising are just the beginning.

Recommended age groups: Years 7&8

3) AtlasVoice studios private and small group voice lessons
For those students with a keen interest in singing and performance, we offer on site small group and solo lessons. Students will be guided through developing effective habits for singing and performance as well as professional preparation habits. Class sizes limited to 4 students.
Recommended age groups: Years 7&8 with a strong interest in solo performance.

To sign-up for EduSing, ask any questions or to find out more please fill in the school's Music Tution 2021 form and I will be in contact

Warm regards,
