On Wednesday the 27th of November, we had 12 kids from Years 5 to Year 8 compete against 600 other children from schools in Canterbury.

Each student had to complete a swim in the lake, a bike leg and then a run leg in hot conditions. Our Year 5 and 6 students had to swim 75m, bike 5.4km and run 2.5km. Year 7 and 8 students had to swim 100m, bike 10.8km and run 2.5km. All of the students demonstrated perseverance to make sure they completed the course.  We had some fantastic results with Will P getting 22nd out of 92 Year 6 boys, Cooper P placing 18th and Hunter H placing 23rd out of 80 Year 5 boys. A big congratulations to all the children that took place in this event.
