Our Year 4-8 students were given the opportunity to listen to four of our New Zealand Black Sticks Women players on Monday morning.

We had Rose Keddell, Megan Hull, Olivia Shannon and Shiloh Gloyn join us at Halswell School. This was a fantastic experience and opportunity for all our students to learn about the Black Sticks Womens team and what it takes to represent our country in a sport. They discussed their training schedules, motivations and their proudest achievements. It was a fantastic experience for all involved.   A big thank you to Canterbury Hockey for organising the girls to come and speak to us.
