If you find you are 'losing' communications from school due to a notification coming up on your phone and then 'disappearing' when you open your phone, you can change the setting to get everything sent to you via email. To do this, go into the Hero App, select the third icon along the bottom of the first screen, scroll down to My Devices - Notification Preferences and select e-mail. Now all notifications will come to you via email rather than App notifications. You can still see all notifications through the App if you want to by opening the App itself.
