The HBHS Senior B Water Polo team participated in the NISS Division 2 Tournament in Tauranga from 26 - 29 March 2022. The team came up against some tough competition and initially struggled to find their momentum. 

However, the team showed grit and determination, and improved their defence and structured play with every game.  Old Boy Coach, Thomas Perham, shared his knowledge of the game with the boys at the poolside and also had one-on-one sessions with the boys.  This input was hugely beneficial for their growth as players.  

The team finished 8th overall and qualify to participate in the Nationals to be held in Rotorua in April.
