🏴 Dylan McConnell (Year 13, Head of Grove) and Jack Ramsey (Year 12, Prefect) Represent HBHS at the Henley-On-Thames Rowing Regatta 🚣
Dylan and Jack are currently in Oxfordshire, United Kingdom, as part of the HBHS Maadi Cup-winning crew, competing at this prestigious, international rowing regatta.
From Mr Glenn Ross, HBHS Director of Rowing:
"We arrived in London on Sunday 23rd June, excited but a little on the tired side, but all went well.
We settled into our digs at Ely, set up the new boat and trained. It felt like we had been here for six weeks! The accommodation is excellent. We have been training twice daily and visited Cambridge University that suitably impressed the boys. The weather is great, hot & sunny and the water is excellent.
Attached are some pics. Today after training we are going back into Cambridge for a good look about and will pack up in the evening in readiness for our move to Henley first thing tomorrow.
Competition begins on Tuesday."
