Congratulations to Hugo Barbour, Boston Horwood, Mitchell Keightley and Geordie Chapman who have been named in the New Zealand Youth Water Polo Squad.

This squad will prepare for the 2022 World Youth Water Polo Championships to be held in Brisbane, Australia in late July and August 2022. 

The selection process commenced with an initial talent identification at the 2020 Under 16 Nationals and athletes have been assessed, where possible, throughout the period, concluding at the 2021 Under 18 Nationals. 

These players will attend a number of training camps and the team will be finalised at the conclusion of the High Performance Review. 

We wish our boys everything of the best as they prepare themselves both physically and mentally for the challenges which lie ahead.
