The New Zealand team, featuring five current and former HBHS students, has achieved its first ever win in the Australian competition.

As stated in the Australian Lacrosse Network's Facebook post, this was a massive boilover of a result, with the New Zealand team beating Western Australia 6-4 to record New Zealand's first ever win in a Men's Championship in Australia.  The teams were inseparable through the first three quarters, but the New Zealanders managed to outscore the Western Australian side 3-1 in the final quarter.  HBHS's  Ben Cowen (Year 13) scored one of the goals, and provided two assists in the win.  Huge congratulations to the team, and to Scott Cathcart, Ben Cowen, Max Mills, Kyle Parker, and Mark Seager on this fantastic achievement.  Tino pai!
