This is an award presented at our weekly House meeting for someone who has achieved something extraordinary during the previous week.

It can be something achieved within the school, Hostel or their local community. 

They are awarded a $5 canteen voucher and presented with a certificate. 

The Deputy Head Prefect announces and presents the weekly award as the final item of each House meeting.

Term 1 Week 2: Rangiwai Lunjevich (Year 13) and Wyndham Patuawa (Year 13)

Members of the Waikato Under 18 Touch team that went undefeated through their National tournament in Christchurch, to win the Youth Touch Nationals.

Term 1 Week 3: Dylan McConnell (Year 12) and Ben Morris (Year 11)

Dylan (left) won the Senior 3000m final held at HBHS on Friday 17th February, as part of the HBHS Athletics Sports. Dylan sprinted to the front and remained there for the entirety of the race.

Ben won the Intermediate 3000m final, in a gutsy race, with fellow boarders Hunter Hammond and Jack Ramsey finishing 2nd and 3rd respectively.
