Important information for students attending university in 2025. Events coming up for Physiotherapy - Pasifika students, University of Waikato - Future of Accounting, Defence Careers information session, and Air New Zealand Pilot careers.

Year 13 students who are attending university in 2025 have the opportunity to meet with university representatives at school. Help is given with enrolments, paper selection and general information. Even if a student has already enrolled, this is a valuable session.

Students have been emailed and asked to fill out a google form to attend these sessions.

The University of Otago - August 7th, 10.00am Careers Room (SSC).

The University of Waikato - August 8th,

9.00am – 12.30am Careers Room (SSC). Students are invited for 20 min appointment slots.

Victoria University of Wellington - August 8th, 1.10pm – 2.10pm Careers Room (SSC).

Lincoln University - August 20th,  

12.30pm - 1.30pm Careers Room (SSC).

The University of Canterbury – September 4th (note this is a change of date).

AUT – Sept 10th  2.10pm – 3.10pm 

Study Centre (A block)

Massey University – September 25th ,

1.15pm – 2.15pm Careers Room (SSC).

Physiotherapy - Pasifika candidates

The Pasifika Physiotherapists Association (PPA) warmly invites your students, aiga/families, and anyone interested to attend our free career event Interested in Physio on Friday 9th August from 5:30pm - 7:30pm held at Wintec - Te Pukenga. Aotearoa needs more physiotherapists! There is huge demand for health workers in general, and a huge need for health workers who have Pacific heritage.
