In this new initiative, HBHS Tutor Groups were asked to donate to local food banks. As you can see, they stepped up to the challenge of supporting our community.

The HBHS Leo Club created a new initiative this year where Tutor Groups were given the opportunity to donate non-perishable goods to local food banks.  The Tutor Group which donated the most items over a week would earn themselves a pizza lunch.  By the end of the week, two Tutor Groups stood tall, with Mr Kilgour's Kg donating 146 items, and Mr Popping's Pp close behind with 137.  Huge congratulations to these groups, and to all of the HBHS whānau who donated so generously to this cause.
