Year 13 student Xavier Tiffany broke two personal best records at the recent North Island Weight Lifting Championships.

Xavier Tiffany competed at the North Island Weight Lifting Championships in the first weekend of July. He lifted an 88kg snatch and a 111kg clean and jerk.  This is the result of hours of dedication, training, and commitment to this sport.  Xavier has qualified to compete in the New Zealand Secondary School Championships in September. He is also trying to qualify for the Open Men's National Competition later this year.
