Leah Albrow will be talking about her pathway from an interest in Astronomy to being a current graduate student at Canterbury University and her internship at Jet Propulsion Lab at NASA.

We extend this invitation to any students/parents at your school with an interest in Astronomy (or other STEM subjects) who might be curious as to how to progress their interests in this area into further study and careers. Leah will also cover astronomy opportunities for high school students and we will have someone from the University of Waikato School of Engineering talk about their work with RocketLab. The evening will be free.To attend the lecture please register at ya@has.org.nz by the 19th September.
