Cooper Hansen wins National Bow Hunting Title

Year 11 student Cooper Hansen has just returned from the New Zealand Bow Hunters Tournament with a brace of titles.

Cooper Hansen headed to Marlborough over Queen's Birthday weekend to compete in the New Zealand Tournament, and has continued to add to his already impressive collection of titles.  He was named the New Zealand Junior Bow Hunter of the Year and won the Hincho Memorial Trophy.  Cooper finished third overall in the tournament, finishing in first place in the big game points, first for biggest goat horns, second for most small game, third for fallow deer 308.91 RDE, third for 12 deer and third for best fallow deer.  We congratulate Cooper on such a dominant performance at such a young age, and we wish him every success in future competitions.
