Mobile Phone Survey 
Thank you to the 77 families that completed the ‘Argyle House Phone Survey’ sent out earlier this term. It was pleasing to have 34 of our 37 current Year 10 families respond, making up 44% of the total responses, as the year level most affected in 2023.
94% of responses across all year levels have supported the proposed policy change for 2023.
From the beginning of Term 1 2023, all Year 11 students residing in Argyle House will be required to hand in their mobile phone each evening prior to lights out and will have their phone returned to them the following morning.
All boys were informed at a full House meeting before the seniors departed on Study Leave.
I reminded them the policy change has been implemented because we care about them. Getting a good night’s sleep is so important if our boys are to function effectively within the Hostel, school and in their co-curricular activities.
