Argyle House wins House Cross Country

The (mighty) House in Blackā„¢ takes out the House Cross Country competition to close the gap on Wilson.

We may be the smallest House, but we had the numbers on a glorious late-autumn Wednesday to eke out a narrow win over current House front-runners Wilson and chip away at their lead.  Every runner who crossed the finish line under the cut-off time in the non-championship event earned a valuable point, and our championship runners had the opportunity to earn up to 100 points each, depending on where they finished.  Special congratulations to the Junior Championship one-two of Ethan Hyatt and Liam Harrison who finished first and second respectively, and congratuations to all of our runners on their efforts.

There is still much to play for this term in the House Competition, with House Volleyball underway, and Tug-O-War, General Knowledge, and Basketball to come this term.
