The CCC is seeking views on Wheels to Wings Cycle way. They write:

We’re seeking your views on plans for improved cycling facilities as part of the Wheels to Wings – Papanui ki Waiwhetū Major Cycleway. This cycle route runs along Harewood Road (from Matsons Avenue up to the Russley Road under pass, via Waimakariri Rd). Let us know what you think by Monday 22 February 2021.
