Blessing for Taumatanui
We are excited to have the blessing of Taumatanui booked in for Thursday 8 July starting at 7.45am
The ceremony will commence at 7.45am on Thursday 8 July and involve kaumatua from Ngāi Tūāhuriri reciting karakia and blessing over the building as they walk through the space. After the blessing our kapa haka group will sing and then we will have a shared breakfast of sausages in bread and fruit. We are hoping we will have most of our school community (children included) join us for this special event.
In order to cater for the correct number of people and ensure we have spaces ready we are asking that you click RSVP using Google forms to let us know if you are planning on attending. If you are willing to help with the cooking and preparing the kai please fill this in on the form and we will be in touch.
An alternate way to sign up is typing https://forms.gle/y4DiXn9btf8at8Qz8 into your address bar.
Please note parking may be challenging so please allow enough time to park and get into school before the event starts.
