Over the past couple of weeks students from Harewood have participated in events.

Canterbury Duathlon: 

A number of students represented Harewood at the Canterbury Duathlon held at Ruapuna Raceway. 

Huxster Bike Race:

Wednesday 4 April a group headed off to Macleans Island bike park to compete in the annual Huxster Race where teams of 2 rode as many laps as they could in a set time. Children had to ensure their gear was ready, look out for their team mate coming in and be ready for the transition - managing themselves so well. They all put in so much effort and rose to the challenge. Huge parent support made it a smooth and exciting event.

Canterbury Swimming Competition:

Thursday April 5 Lilly and Tom head off to represent our school and zone at the Canterbury Swimming competition.

They swam very well and came in 7th in their races.

Well done everyone in your various competitions. We are so proud of the way you represent us, compete fairly and show your Harewood values when out of the school.
