Full Bellies is a Christchurch-based charity helping families in need by providing children with nutritional food delivered into schools.

They provide nourishing food bags to children in need who attend primary schools that do not meet the criteria to receive Government funding.​

Currently lunch bags are delivered into 7 primary schools in the Christchurch area twice per week, prior to school commencing to enable tamariki to pickup their food on arrival, with no fear of stigmatisation.​

A key obstacle for many children in their learning journey is an absence or lack of food during their school day.​ Full Bellies hope is to remove this barrier to enable tamariki to attend, participate and fully engage in their learning experience at school.

We are very excited to be engaging with this wonderful charity.
