We have a process for raising and dealing with concerns and complaints.
Our School policies are always available for viewing on our SchoolDocs website We invite you to visit the site at https://harewood.schooldocs.co.nz (note that there's no "www."). Our username is "harewood" and password "connected".
As a school we have a clear process for Raising Concerns, and a Concerns and Complaints Process flow chart. We have attached these, along with the updated policy, so everyone is aware of them and understands the process to follow when raising a concern.
As outlined in the policy, most concerns can be resolved through early discussion with the appropriate person.
