Heaton wins 2018 Christ's College Year 7 Science Competition

Congratulations to our Year 7 team who competed and gained 1st place at the recent Christ's College Year 7 Science Competition. The team consisted of Rehan, James and Katia (Room15) and Maddy (Room7).

Our team took part in three practical challenges in the areas of Chemistry, Physics and Biology. 

After some difficult early rounds, the students showed good teamwork in the Chemistry section which was enough to take a narrow victory. 

Together with the winner's trophy, our students won a book, science kits and a pass for each student to attend Rutherford's Den.
