On Sunday the 13th of August Naya and Flynn represented Heaton in the Intermediate Trampoline Competition and achieved 1st position.

It was really nerve-racking as I performed a new routine on the trampoline. Next was the double mini-trampoline. After the hard work, I was excited to discover I came first in both events.

I was not confident in any of my warm-up routines as I kept landing incorrectly. I felt very nervous because I thought I was not going to do well. After I competed, I unexpectedly landed perfectly on both jumps. I felt so good! When it came to the prize giving I was surprised to find out that I came second. I guess, sometimes nothing actually goes the way you want it.
