Heaton ākonga are participating in Keep New Zealand Beautiful's Clean Up Week initiative.

In Term 4, Heaton has been making a difference in our local community, cleaning up litter from our school grounds and Elmwood Park. Thanks to Keep New Zealand Beautiful, we have plenty of cotton gloves and bags. In just the first few days of our two-week initiative, we've collected more than 15 square metres of rubbish and recycling! The clean-up will continue in Week 3 of Term 4.
