Christchurch Art Gallery.  Our popular six-week afterschool programme for audacious young artists is back, this time exploring the idea of science, art and the senses with artist Della Rees. This course offers a wide range of creative activities including painting, drawing, sculpture and collage. Students in colour club are encouraged to explore ideas and come up with inventive and creative solutions. All materials are provided, including a sketchbook to keep.

Art is illusion – with the right knowledge and techniques, you too can learn to 'pull a rabbit out of a hat!'

We’re pleased to be offering another six-week course of drawing lessons with Linda Hart for enthusiastic young artists aged 9-12. The programme covers a range of tried and true drawing exercises and challenges aimed at developing confidence and skill. Students will work with pencil as well as other mediums. This course is suitable for students who enrolled in term two as well as those new to the programme. All materials will be provided, including a sketchbook to keep.

Canvas Bag Drama School.  Is your child dramatic? Do they love dressing up and acting out stories?

Canvas Bag Drama School commences Term 3 drama classes on 24th July. Limited spaces for Term 3 in age ranked classes for 5 - 13 years.
