The Christchurch Boys’ Choir is looking for new members.  The CBC performs regularly throughout the year. Members have recently been involved in NZ Opera’s production of Carmen and Showbiz Christchurch’s productions of Evita and Sister Act.  It also sang at the British Lions vs Crusaders rugby match this year.

Auditions for boys with treble (unbroken) voices are being held on 2nd December 2017 from 4pm, at Christ’s College Music School on Rolleston Ave.

Boys who audition will be required to sing the English verse of the

New Zealand national anthem.

Calling all future Cricketers.  At Canterbury Cricket we are excited to announce that on the 12th November from 11-1pm we will be holding a Canterbury Kings Fan Day at Hagley Oval. This day will go forward regardless the weather. If it is wet we will use the horticultural hall.

All our Canterbury Kings + Canterbury Magician players will be there getting involved with you, our fans in cricket. There will be various games, as well as a signing and photo session. There will be a free BBQ and drinks available for the kids, with a coffee cart and food vendors to satisfy the parents. This day will also provide the unique chance to go behind the scenes and have a look in the changing rooms and Hagley Oval Pavilion.
