To assist us with ensuring the safety of our students during the school day, please remember the following procedures on student absence/appointments.

If your child is going to be absent or late to school, please call the absence line before 9.00 a.m. on each day of absence or lateness. This is a 24 hour line, so you do not have to wait for the school office to open. Please leave a clear message with the student's full name, room number and reason for absence. Students arriving late to school must sign in at the student reception desk on arrival.

If your child has an appointment and you wish to collect your child from school during the day, please write a note or email the class teacher with the time you would like to collect your child from the school office. Your child will meet you at the school office and must sign out at the student reception desk. If returning during the school day, students must sign back in at the student reception desk.
