Are you a scientist with knowledge on water quality or wastewater management? Are you a historian who knows all about the swamp we now call Christchurch? Are you a dairy farmer striving for sustainable practices?  

If that is you, then we would like to extend an invitation to be a guest speaker at Heaton Normal Intermediate. To enrich the students’ understanding of the current Inquiry topic (Waitaha Wai - Waterways of Canterbury) we are calling upon the school and local community for help.

We welcome representatives from the City Council, ECAN, the Department of Conservation, the dairy industry, local iwi, and many more stakeholders.
