Congratulations to:

Jack, Room 8 won MVP trophy for Canterbury Under 14s Ice Hockey Team. Canterbury also won the gold medal in the national under 14s tournament. The finals were held in Queenstown over the school holidays.

The South Island Football Tournament of which Ellen, Room 19 and Freya, Room 1 were part of the North Canterbury team, has won the girls /12 competition and beat Otago Gold in the Finals 3/2 after penalties.

Alisa, Room 16 represented Canterbury at the New Zealand Gymsports Championship recently in Invercargill.  Alisa performed very well and achieved Women artistic gymnastic STEP 6 - Apparatus Beam 1st, Floor 1st , Vault 2nd , All Around 1st and Canterbury team 1st.

Hadley, Room 4, Luke, Room 10 and Oliver, Room 10 are part of the Christchurch Boys' Choir and recently sang and performed in the Showbiz production of Evita at the Isaac Theatre Royal.  The show received great reviews, with the boys' chorus really adding a special element to a very professional production. This was a a large commitment required from the boys with rehearsals and performances.

Connor, Room 2 was selected for the South Island Rugby U65Kg Tournament team and was selected as Captain of the tournament team.
