I just wanted to remind our community that all the information about Performing Arts at Heaton is on our website which you can access from our school website. Please check it out to see what you child could get involved in. This week we are having our Orchestra and Chorale auditions. There are many students who have auditioned already but if you missed out, please find the orchestra and chorale page on the website, and fill out the google form to register. We will be running some more audtions next week. Mr Oswin, our orchestral tutor is looking for students who can play the violin, in particular.

Finally, I have a request. To allow us to run the many activities we have at Heaton, we would love to have some parent volunteers to help us out. If you have a particular talent and some time you could offer the school, I would love to hear from you. It does not need to be for the whole year, even for a term would be great.
