The children at St Albans Community Preschool in Christchurch are proud to bring you their No Added Sugar Recipe Book, a fantastic resource designed to help you create nutritious and tasty dishes for good health.

Created by myself a Nutritionist (and preschool mum), the book boasts 40 pages of breakfast, lunch and treat recipes containing foods which are unprocessed, low in sugar, nutrient rich and allergy conscious. I'm on a MISSON to get our children healthy! Please help me.

We are all busy people and most of us are aware of how important it is to give our family the right fuel in order to thrive, but sometimes it just feels too hard. We hope this recipe book will alleviate some of that stress. Plus it's a great Christmas present.

Eating good nutritious food is a smart long term plan to achieving the best health and wellbeing. You will also be helping the children raise money for new toys and educational resources.

To purchase Visit www.simpletastynutrition.co.nz to purchase a copy: only $20 for a printed copy or $10 for an online version.

Thanks for your support!

For information, please contact Sara Evans, SACP Cookbook Coordinator on 027 284 2207.
