On Wednesday 20th March at Tūranga library, 38 excited teams of eager readers from schools all across the Christchurch and the Canterbury region competed in the Kids Lit Quiz, led by the quiz master, Wayne Mills. Wearing a special quiz master hat, he would call out questions for your team to answer. It was a great book general knowledge quiz and some of the questions really stumped us! 

It was great fun for everyone and each team was driven by the cash prizes and the taste of victory. It was a tough competition and so both Heaton Blue and Heaton Green teams did extremely well placing 7th and 10th equal. 

The Kids Lit quiz was a great experience for everyone and everyone learned something new.
