This is for you if:

You have ever wanted to help your child feel more confident, find their tribe, keep friends, navigate tricky social situations, help them feel like they fit in, understand how their brain works and find strategies that work for them as an individual OR if you have ever wondered what are social skills & why are they important.

What we will cover:

You will leave with 3x supportive strategies that can be used to help your child where they are at. You will gain an understanding of how social skills develop and what kids need from us when they don't 'fit' this typical picture. The strategies shared are neurodiversity-affirming.

Why are we doing this?

Talk Together is on a mission to help kids find their tribe, for all kids to feel like they belong and believe they can be an epic friend & communicator. As a bunch of Speech Language Therapists we know funding is tight when it comes to supporting kids social skills and communication and that so little is available to support kids, in this life changing area, in an individual affirming way. That's why we share knowledge when we can and run all of our group programmes at cost.

Enrolment applications for Hagley College Year 9 2024 are closing soon, on Friday 23rd June at midday.

Our close-off date is firm and we will not be able to receive any new applications after this date. We are aware that our closing date is a little earlier than for many of the other high schools, so I am just hoping to avoid anyone missing out.
