Parent/Student/Teacher Interviews

We encourage all parents/caregivers and students to attend the interview to assess goals made at the beginning of the year and discuss overall educational progress to date.

Interviews

· Monday, 3 and Thursday, 6 July. Interviews are 15 minutes long.

· Held in your child’s classroom.

· Begin at 2.30 p.m. on Monday, 3 and Thursday, 6 July so classes will finish at 2.00 p.m. on both of these days. We would appreciate students going home at this time. Please notify the office if you have difficulties with this.

· Andrea Knight and specialist teachers will also be available for interviews.

· All ESOL students will receive separate information about an alternative system/dates for booking interviews.

How to book your online interview As from Thursday, 22 June you will be able to choose the teachers and times that you want, removing any chance of timetable conflicts. You will be able to book everything in a couple of minutes.

Once you have booked your interview, you will be emailed confirmation of your interviews, and can confirm, cancel or reschedule on the internet at any time, until the closure date of Friday, 30 June at 9.00 a.m.

Follow the simple steps below to book your school interview:

1. Type in www.schoolinterviews.co.nz

2. Type in the school code fn9g7

3. Select Go

4. You will be asked to enter your details

a. Full name

b. Email address

c. Number of students booking for

d. Student(s) name

Select Go

5. To choose interview times, click the check boxes

- missing check boxes mean the time has already been booked by someone else

- press the green Go button to confirm your interview(s)

6. Select Finish and print a copy of your time.

Notes

If you need to reschedule your interview follow through the above process, select your name and choose reschedule interview.

For parents/caregivers who do not have internet access, please contact the office for assistance.

Please do not ask your child’s teacher to book interviews for you. If you need help, please see Sue Sugrue in the office.
