Wham! Bam! Pow! Bang! Ka-boom! Crack! Bazinga!

The second annual Heaton Comic Book Day will take place next term on Friday, 5th May (Week 1). On this day, we celebrate all things to do with comic books and graphic novels as part of our reading and writing programme!

Come dressed up on the day as your favourite comic book character and bring a gold coin donation. The money raised will be used towards purchasing new comic books and graphic novels for the LRC (last year we were able to purchase 18 new comics!)

There will also be other comic book themed activities and challenges throughout the week. Keep an eye out for more information via posters and the daily notices!
