Congratulations

Great excitement prevailed when there were so many costumes for our Book Character Day. Congratulations to everyone who got involved, our tamariki and staff who were dressed up, and our parents who have helped put them together behind the scenes. It was a great way to finish Book Week and it was enjoyable to have so many conversations about books. A special thank you to Donna, Karen A, and Liz for their organisation of the week and to our many parents who helped out at the book sale.

Our very own Valley Vibes rocked out some awesome covers at the Aupaki Rock Fest. The band includes Sophie, Sian, Will, Amalia, Connie, Jamie, Holly, and Franklin. They started with 'Should I Stay Or Should I Go?' by The Clash, and finished off with 'What Makes You Beautiful?' by One Direction. They should be very proud of their polished and energising performance, we certainly were, and the crowd loved it. A special thanks to Chris for his efforts coaching the band and to all the parents for their 'roadie' efforts! We hope to be able to share a video of the show next term.

2023 Planning
