This survey is for parents, family, and whānau members, or caregivers (together, these people are called parents in this survey).

This survey is about how well this school supports students to feel like they belong at school and can learn.

If you have more than one child at Heathcote Valley School, please answer for the child you think needs the most support with learning.

There are 50 questions in this survey. Each question asks how much you agree or disagree with a sentence. You can choose one of four answers:
