The 2024 Junior Prizegiving took place on Tuesday 10 December in Ngā Puāwaitanga.

It was a fantastic event with which to culminate our school year and celebrate the many wonderful achievements of our Year 9 and 10 students.

Students were recognised for their diligence, service to the school, embodying our school values and, of course, academic excellence. Deputy Head Girl, Sina Toa, spoke about the importance of taking time to be proud of personal achievements, setting our sights on future goals and opportunities, and the importance of hope in our lives. The Year 10 band wowed us with their rendition of 'All I want for Christmas'.

Special congratulations to our 2024 Junior Academic Dux, Abbey Leatherland – well done on this amazing achievement. Congratulations also to Campbell House who took out the annual House competition.
