Hamilton Girls' advanced on points, which placed the team second in their pool and secured a place in the quarter-finals.
In the quarter-finals, the team came up against Napier. Our girls showed incredible determination and mana, scoring on the hooter to take out a thrilling 15-10 victory to move to the semi-finals.
Our team faced Manukura in the semi-finals which was always going to be a challenging game, as they are one of our biggest opponents. Despite our girls best efforts, the team fell short and played off for 3rd/4th place.
In their final game, the girls left everything on the field. They scored a brilliant try, pushing themselves to their limits, but Fielding fought back in the final minute to win 28-21. Our team finished in 4th place at the Condor Sevens. This is an incredible achievement and we are so proud of their efforts, determination and teamwork. Well done HGHS!
