'Met Gala: A Night with Vogue' was the illustrious and classy theme this year.

The Year 13 Ball was held on Friday the 10th of June 2022 at the Atrium, hosted by our Head Girl (Rebecca Yuan) and Deputy Head Girl (Sophie Matai'a). It was lovely to see our senior students all dressed up and enjoying the night with their peers, as they celebrated their final year here at Hamilton Girls'.

It was a night of class and luxury, where we paid homage to the illustrious Met Gala with the theme, as well as the decorations. A few highlights of the night included seeing all our guests walk the red carpet on entry, our (surprise) Prefects' dance and the announcement of the ball winners.

Congratulations to Aisha Skinner and Anida Greagen on winning 'Prom Royalty'; Gigi Lyndon for receiving the title of 'Best Dressed'; Emma Thien and Hyrum Brown for 'Best Couple' of the night.

A massive thank you to our Ball Committee members, Karla Blackburn, Sadhna Deobhakta, Toti West and staff who were involved with the planning process of the event, as well as those who volunteered to help out on the night. 

All in all, it was an exciting and enjoyable night - definitely one to remember.
