HGHS Athletics Day
Hamilton Girls' High School Athletics Day, held at Porritt Stadium on February 12th, was a day of intense competition and athletic achievement.
Students showed their House pride by wearing vibrant colours as they took part in a range of events, from track races to field events.
The day saw records broken by Klynique Ratima (Javelin) and Jamie Fell (Long Jump). Athletes pushed themselves to their limits, giving it their all in each event. The atmosphere was filled with energy as students cheered on their peers and supported their teams.
Athletics Day not only highlighted individual talent but also fostered a sense of unity and pride within each House. It was a fantastic opportunity for students to challenge themselves, improve their skills, and enjoy a day of friendly competition. The event was a great success, offering a memorable experience for all involved.
