Hui Māori

Mere Meha-Uelese —

It was with a lot of nervous excitement that the first Hui Māori or assembly for all senior Māori students was held earlier this month.

Led by Maddelyn Ellery our Ka Awatea prefect and Arihia Gage, the Toi Māori prefect, the students were reminded to strive for excellence. This aligned with the three pou for this year - respect, identity and setting high expectations in all that we do.

We look forward to seeing great outcomes for the students as we pursue excellence in academics, sports, and arts and culture.
