The Hamilton Girls' High School 3x3 Basketball team won the grand final of the Basketball New Zealand 3x3 Secondary School National Championships.

The team won the grand final of the championships 20-12 against Tauranga Girls'. A further congratulations to Temepara Walker for being awarded MVP.

In more basketball news, Temepara Walker and alumna Elise Gilbert were named in the NZ U18 Junior Tall Ferns Team.

The team travelled to China on the 19th of June for a short preparation camp, before then competing in the FIBA U18 Asia Cup from the 24-30th June. This is a massive achievement for Temepara and Elise!
