  • 200m run

  • 10 x Push-ups

  • 10 x Squats

  • 10 x Crunches

  • 10 x Shoulder taps

  • 10 x Burpees

→ Repeat 5 times


You can substitute the 200m run for a little run around a tree or to the mailbox and back to your set workout space. It's completely up to you. Have fun adapting this workout to suit your fitness level and reach your desired fitness goals.
