On Tuesday 20th June Hamilton Girls' High School held a very successful Open Day with more than 700 guests attending across the two sessions.

We were proud to showcase and celebrate the vast array of opportunities on offer at HGHS, and we received excellent feedback from prospective students and their whānau.

Guests enjoyed a selection of performances from our musicians, dancers, and Pasifika students, and then visited 14 stations which gave them a glimpse into the programmes on offer at HGHS. Prospective students heard from our subject experts and had the opportunity to see some exciting learning activities in action. There was something for everyone! Student tour guides provided our guests with detailed and interesting information about our kura, and our prospective 2024 students left with plenty of information to excite and engage them as they look ahead to starting high school next year.
