Pasifika Pride reigned victorious at the Kilikiti Competition this term.

Although the day was thundery and hit by rain squalls, the 2022 HGHS Kilikiti teams took to this year’s competition like ducks to water - literally. The girls sang, drummed, and danced their way through the stiff competition. Following the captains’ whistles, both teams threw everything they had at their rivals but this wasn’t the successful year on the pitch that we had hoped and practised for. Notwithstanding the purpose of the day, HGHS was able to come away victorious in the chant and tug-of-war activities. Better luck next year, girls.
