Stella is planning to go big in the sport and travel the world through her sheep sharing skills.

Stella Allen competed at the recent Aria Waitangi Sports Day in the Novice Division for Shearing and Wool Handling. Whilst her wool handling did not catch the eyes of the judges, in the shearing competition she was a clear cut winner. Stella says that her goal is to compete at the prized NZ Shearing Competition in Te Kuiti in 2023. Her passion for shearing started in Year 9, and she wants to use her expertise in the sport to travel to various countries and compete on the world stage.
