We are excited to get our Tuakana-Teina programme up and running for 2022. 

This programme is a way we can support and encourage our students in their learning journey at Hamilton Girls' High School. We want our tauira to feel empowered to become the best versions of themselves. 

This week our Year 9 girls who have come from Kura Kaupapa or Wharekura have started working with our Year 12 and Year 13 Tuakana. We have some exciting kaupapa coming up for them in the next couple of weeks.

This programme aims to support even more students in Term 2 and beyond, and we look forward to our Tuakana guiding our Teina in their HGHS journey.
